Morten heads a department of highly skilled Category Managers with responsibility for the sourcing of marketing and meeting and events logistics. He is an experienced leader within project management and the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, and his skills include the sourcing of complex categories, stakeholder management, international project management and cross cultural negotiations.
