Zoë’s career in Client Service spans over 25 years in advertising agencies in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. She has co-owned her own CRM agency and worked with a range of blue-chip clients such as BMW, Peugeot, Lloyds, Radisson Hotels, Eurostar, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots, ING Bank, across many channels, sectors and markets.
Before joining Claire Randall Consulting, she was running the London agency for a global CRM/Loyalty business. A key part of this role involved consulting for large international clients on the design or restructure of their loyalty programmes, with workstreams covering strategic, commercial, consumer, data and technical areas.
