Philippe Brodeur

Philippe Brodeur is the Founder and CEO of Overcast HQ, a leading provider of AI-driven video management solutions for global enterprises. He started his career in London with the BBC before moving to Ireland in the late 90s to help launch TV3. In 2007, he founded TV3.ie and went on to build a number of digital video platforms for broadcasters, telecom operators, media publishers and brands. Philippe holds a BA from McGill University, Montreal and an MA from City University, London. He is a regular guest speaker and lecturer on the future of digital video. With over 20 years of experience in the television industry, including roles with the BBC, RTÉ, and TV3, Philippe brings deep expertise in storytelling and media production workflows. For the past decade, he has focused on helping global brands—including Diageo, Yeti, UEFA, and Vodafone—empower non-technical teams to scale their use of video across the enterprise, driving innovation, efficiency, and impact in content operations.
