He is responsible for shaping how media delivers against brand, commercial, and performance objectives. Matt's role ensures alignment between global and regional teams while managing strategic agency partnerships. He plays a central role in leading media transformation initiatives, including operating model design, contractual frameworks, and performance accountability.

Matt has a strong interest in how brand partnerships and content increasingly sit at the centre of the modern media ecosystem, shaping more integrated, experience-led approaches to audience engagement and driving greater long-term value beyond traditional advertising models. Prior to Jaguar Land Rover, Matthew held roles across the media and marketing industry, spanning both agency, vendor and client-side environments.
