With over 16 years experience is Purchasing, and strong with a large breath of roles from direct/Indirect, global/regional, Jamila is now responsible for global Supplier citizenship and Global Purchases Capability for Procter & Gamble out the Geneva based headquarters. As part of her Supplier Citizenship responsibility she will shed light during the FreeTheBid panel on how at P&G we give women more of a voice in advertising ensuring the brands are truly representative of the consumers and at large of society. She will also explain how in P&G we incorporate Sustainability, Supplier Diversity and Corporate responsibility in marketing procurement w marketing suppliers.
