Enrica Tomasutti

As a Marketing Procurement Business Partner with 9+ years of experience in procurement, Enrica is currently based in Germany where she manages Bayer´s key suppliers and oversees marketing spend activities for the Consumer Health organization. Her recent focus has been on transition from a decentralised agency model to an interconnected and centralised ecosystem with clear governance to transform the interactions with our agency partners. She works at a strategic level to help identify what is required to position Bayer as a client of choice, and work alongside internal stakeholders and agencies to make sure the best relationship is in place.
