Emma has over 20 years’ production experience at both production companies and creative agencies. In her role as Managing Director, Emma leads of team of multi-national specialist consultants to help clients manage their production spend, drive efficiency and find smarter solutions for all stages of the production process.  Emma will be contributing to the CRC workshop “Conscious Decoupling” – Understanding the benefits and potential pitfalls of decoupling your production on Wednesday 12th June.
