Dominic Caisley is a British advertising and music executive who has made significant contributions to the creative industries throughout his career. He is best known for his work as CEO and Founder of Big Sync Music, as well as his roles at Telstar Records and TBWA/Stream. Caisley began his career in the music industry, working at Telstar Records in the early 1990s. He quickly rose through the ranks to become the company's Head of Special Projects, where he oversaw brand partnerships, synchronisation and below-the-line promotional merchandising. In 2002, Caisley transitioned to the advertising industry, joining TBWA London as the in-house Music Supervisor. He quickly became known for his innovative approach to marketing, leading the agency's music creative work on campaigns for major brands such as Nissan, PlayStation, and Apple. Under his leadership, TBWA/Stream London became one of the most successful and respected music agencies in the UK. In 2010, Caisley left TBWA to start and run Big Sync Music, a music licensing and creative agency based in London. As CEO, he oversaw the company's expansion into new markets and helped to establish it as a leading player in the music licensing industry. During his tenure, Big Sync Music worked with major brands such as L’Oreal, Unilever, and Diageo, and won multiple awards for its innovative campaigns. Throughout his career, Caisley has been recognized as a leader and innovator in the advertising and music industries. He has been a regular speaker at industry events and has served on the juries for major advertising and music awards. In addition to his professional work, he is also a dedicated philanthropist, supporting numerous charitable organizations and initiatives.
