Carina is Strategic Purchasing Manager – marketing services for Baloise Versicherung AG. She is based at its headquarters in Basel where she is responsible for developing purchasing strategy for the marketing category and for implementing the procurement process in marketing spend areas to maximize the value for Baloise through commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management. Her recent focus has been on developing and implementing a Sustainable Procurement Governance Model for Baloise.
