Antonio joined Mars in May 2016 from GSK, and serves as a critical advisor to the Mars Chocolate Global CMO and Global Brand Directors by leading the development and execution of global commercial sourcing initiatives for Mars Chocolate. He drives commercial deals and solves complex challenges through developing commercial sourcing strategies across multiple categories (including but not limited to market research, creative, media, digital, talent, displays, consumer promotions, PR, promotional items, sponsorship and licensing, sales brokers, call centres, package design/graphics, print, FSI, and direct mail). Antonio develops strategies to better connect global, regional and local teams to drive a consistent Marketing Commercial sourcing agenda.
